We are a small desk, so we do not run a support queue or a phone line. Email is the only channel and it works. Messages that contain a primary source link are handled before messages that contain only an opinion about a ranking position.
What a useful correction request contains
- The exact figure or row you believe is wrong, and the page URL where it appears.
- A primary source — a company press release, a regulatory filing, an official programme announcement, or a reputable report with a publication date. A screenshot of another aggregator is not a primary source.
- The specific field to change: amount, currency, round label, date, investor, company name, region or technology classification.
- What the correct value is and, if a figure is denominated in RMB or another currency, the rate and date you used to convert it.
For company additions, please also include the company website, headquarters, founding year and primary technology path. We add companies that have a disclosed financing event; we do not maintain a general directory of every quantum company.
What happens next
| Acknowledgement | Within 2 business days. |
|---|---|
| Verification | We check the primary source and at least one independent report where one exists. |
| Confirmed corrections | Applied in the next daily build, normally within 24 hours; logged on the corrections log. |
| Disputed corrections | We keep the existing figure, mark it as disputed in the response, and explain why. We do not average conflicting numbers. |
| No response needed | Automated monitoring spam and unsolicited guest-post pitches are discarded without reply. |
Privacy and data rights
The site sets no first-party cookies and holds no user accounts, so in most cases there is no personal record to access, export or delete. Hosting providers process standard technical request logs for security; see the privacy policy for what that means and how to raise a GDPR, CCPA/CPRA or PIPL request. If you are writing from mainland China, please note we will respond in the language of your message.
Reuse and attribution
The datasets are CC BY 4.0. You may republish charts, tables and derived analysis as long as you credit “QuantumRoundup” with a link. You do not need to ask permission first. If you spot a figure that looks wrong after republishing, please send us the link anyway — it helps other readers.
